No. Each person is allowed exactly one account on 1xcasino. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited under our Terms and Conditions. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page or contact support — do not create a new account. Accounts found to be duplicates will be merged or closed and any winnings in them reviewed.

Note that changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity verification — submit a copy of your CNIC via live chat or email to complete the update. Any real-money PKR balance remaining will be withdrawn to your most recently verified payment method before the account is closed. First, wait five minutes — Easypaisa and JazzCash occasionally have short processing delays during peak hours. Refresh your account balance. If after 15 minutes the deposit is still not reflected, check your transaction history in Account Settings to see whether it shows as pending or failed. The minimum withdrawal amount on 1xcasino is Rs 500. This applies to all supported withdrawal methods. There is no daily withdrawal cap for most verified accounts, though exceptionally large withdrawals may require additional identity verification for security purposes. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
Most withdrawals process very quickly, but there are a few reasons a withdrawal might be delayed:
