1xcasino Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear:

• "1xcasino" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service accessible at https://1xcasino.cash, including all its games, payment systems and support services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 1xcasino or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player on 1xcasino, through which all platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR amount held in a Player's 1xcasino wallet at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to amounts credited to an Account through promotions, welcome offers or other marketing initiatives. Bonus Funds are subject to additional wagering requirements outlined in Section 4.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR amounts deposited by the Player via supported payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Game" refers to any product or activity available on 1xcasino, including but not limited to slots, poker, crash games, Ludo, and sports betting.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole operating currency of 1xcasino.

To access real-money games and financial services on 1xcasino, you must create a registered Account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all requirements set out in this section.

Eligibility requirements: You must be at least 18 years old. You must be accessing 1xcasino as an individual person for personal entertainment purposes — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other individual or legal entity. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information at all times.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on 1xcasino. If you hold multiple accounts — intentionally or otherwise — 1xcasino reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts. Any winnings accumulated in duplicate accounts may be voided. If you have difficulty accessing your existing Account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 1xcasino will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not. Notify 1xcasino support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including but not limited to name, age, contact details or payment information — is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

All financial transactions on 1xcasino are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100. There is no fee charged by 1xcasino on withdrawals — any applicable fees charged by your payment provider are separate and outside 1xcasino's control.

Supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

Withdrawal processing times:

Identity verification: 1xcasino may request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your CNIC) before processing any single withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or cumulative withdrawals above Rs 200,000 within a calendar month. This is a security measure to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering best practices. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 business days may result in withdrawal processing being paused until documents are received.

Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 1xcasino reserves the right to require this matching as a fraud prevention measure. If your deposit method cannot accept withdrawals, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

Bonus funds: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only Real Money Funds resulting from the completion of applicable wagering requirements can be withdrawn. See Section 4 for full bonus terms.

1xcasino offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, cashback offers and special event promotions tied to occasions such as Eid or PSL season.

General wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 500 bonus requires Rs 12,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.

Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general rule: slots contribute 100%; crash games contribute 75%; Ludo and poker contribute 50%; sports betting at standard odds contributes 75%. 1xcasino reserves the right to adjust these contribution rates and will notify players of any changes.

Bonus expiry: All Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited to your Account will expire automatically and be removed from your Balance without notice.

Abuse prevention: 1xcasino reserves the right to void bonuses and any related winnings where it determines that a Player has abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering on both sides of a bet to meet requirements artificially, or using automated betting patterns designed to reduce variance to improperly satisfy wagering requirements.

One welcome bonus per household: The welcome deposit bonus is available once per person, per household and per device. Multiple people living at the same address each qualify for the welcome bonus individually, but each person may only claim it once.

All games available on 1xcasino — whether slots, poker, crash games, Ludo or sports betting — are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Disputes arising from a misunderstanding of game rules will be resolved in accordance with the game's stated rules.

Random Number Generation: All non-sports games on 1xcasino use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested to ensure statistical randomness and compliance with industry standards. No player, staff member or third party can influence or predict the outcome of any spin, hand or round.

Return to Player (RTP): Each slot game on 1xcasino has a published Return to Player percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game. RTP figures are available within each game's information section. RTPs are calculated over very large sample sizes and do not represent guaranteed returns over individual sessions.

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection, server error or software fault — 1xcasino will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state from server logs and credit the outcome fairly. Where a game outcome cannot be determined from server records, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Account. 1xcasino's determination in such cases is final.

Sports betting: Sports betting on 1xcasino is subject to the specific odds and rules displayed at the time a bet is placed. 1xcasino reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, force majeure or other circumstances outside normal sporting conditions, in line with standard industry practice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xcasino. Any Player found to be engaging in any prohibited activity will have their Account suspended immediately, and any balance held within the Account may be voided:

• Creating more than one Account on 1xcasino, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Registering or using an Account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts or any technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to place bets automatically without manual input.
• Colluding with other Players in any game — particularly poker — by sharing hole card information, coordinating betting strategies, or intentionally losing to transfer funds between accounts.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or loophole in any game to obtain an advantage that would not exist under normal game conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a glitch may be voided.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing fraudulent payment details or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit after using the deposited funds for real-money wagering (known as "chargeback fraud").
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 1xcasino staff or other Players through any communication channel.

1xcasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification when requested; providing false registration information; chargebacks filed against 1xcasino; or any activity that 1xcasino reasonably believes to be harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

Your right to close your Account: You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at support@1xcasino.cash. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your most recently verified payment method within 5 business days, provided no outstanding verification requirements exist. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling temporarily or permanently, 1xcasino offers self-exclusion options. See Section 9 and the Responsible Gaming page for full details. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 30 days.

1xcasino collects and processes personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: your personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and communicate with you about your account and platform updates. 1xcasino does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff and service providers who require it to operate the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on how much you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been active on the platform for a set period of time.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from 1xcasino. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Permanent exclusion is also available. During any exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or receive promotional communications.

1xcasino provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1xcasino makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

1xcasino is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or data arising from temporary service interruptions, technical faults, server downtime or maintenance periods.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account login credentials.
• Any indirect, special or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of 1xcasino, even if 1xcasino has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider, your bank, or network infrastructure outside 1xcasino's control.
• Loss of data due to circumstances outside 1xcasino's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, cyberattacks, or actions by third-party service providers.

1xcasino's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 1xcasino, the matter will first be referred to 1xcasino's internal complaints process.

Complaints procedure: If you have a complaint about any aspect of 1xcasino — a game outcome, a withdrawal, a bonus application or any other matter — please contact our support team at support@1xcasino.cash with full details of the complaint. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 5 business days in the majority of cases. Complex technical disputes may take up to 14 business days to resolve.

Language: These Terms are written in English. Where translation exists and any ambiguity arises between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms continue in full force and effect.
